How this list was built

Practices are assigned to Loudoun County by geocoding their street address against Census boundaries, not by their mailing town. That distinction matters in Virginia: the Commonwealth has 38 independent cities that sit outside any county, and mailing addresses cross those lines constantly. Fourteen practices with an “Alexandria” address, for example, are physically in Fairfax County.
